I never thought I'd hear the words "kick, ball, change" as part of a DUI arrest. What's up with American police that they have to go through all this? Why don't they just use a breathalyser?


I saved it in March as Netscape wallpaper and have no idea of its origins, artist, or anything. I'm fascinated by it.



Today I solved a FIENDISH sudoku from The Times (London) which I downloaded. Also a "mild" sudoku, because I got frustrated when I'd only written three numbers in the fiendish puzzle. NEVERMIND! It is all solved. I am pleased and may now go to bed.

Definately one of the best DUI's ever...wonder if it was staged. Yeh, breathalizers are nice and would make sense, but this is America...what really makes sense?

Possibly. I remember hearing Emo Phillips (a comedian) talk about walking a straight line to prove he wasn't drunk. I always thought that was on par with mice eating cheese (they prefer sultanas). I mean really! While the video's amusing, a breathalyser is faster and more accurate.
