Finally leaving the house.
I had planned on spending all of today in at the State Library, but I ended procrastinating and finishing the Sayers I borrowed from the City Library (The Nine Tailors, if you're interested. I now want to go and learn change-ringing in Britain). After that I prepared a notebook to work in and did some research about a monk-figure I'm inserting at the beginning of the "Catacombs" chapter. Finally, considering I was sitting at my computer, I finished the edit to our Feature Author piece for The Fat Lady Digest and emailed it back to her, rather than printing it off and working on hardcopy. I now feel rather accomplished and shall pack my things and prepare to travel into the city for some novel-writing.
