Wow... thats a really cool Icon. I'd love to have Cthulhu in my Sims neighborhood... but I don't have Sims. :) I do have a friend of mine however, who has created a neighborhood populated with her Roleplaying characters. One of them is Pvt. Nathan Raines, a veteran of a Call of Cthulhu game in which he was unwisely brought back to life after being torn apart. He exited the game a shambling zombie longing for an eternal death which would never come... She downloaded a zombie skin for him. :)
I want to do that in every game! Or, at least, create some squamous, batracian acolytes to . . . wait, and drink a few pints of Shoggoth's.
How cool would it be to play Cthulhu in Halo? Hmm. Maybe not . . .
Man, there are some great Lovecraft-inspired games around though, or with a similar feel at least. Hopefully Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth actually comes out.
