Spent most of today doing nothing at all -- viz. playing the Sims. And not Sims 2, or Making Magic or any of the exciting packs everyone else has. I've just got Hot Date (& a couple of other previous expansions) installed. I think Littlest has the pet expansion, but my sims can barely go to the lavatory without help from Their God, so I fear them getting their hands on pets.

Watched the Einstein Factor tonight and had my final hope of ever going on their dashed. Some bloke had the Discworld as his topic. And I think that would be about the only topic I think I could to reasonably well on. (Bah, they've misspelt Discworld on the website. It's not "Disc World". And the Ancient Egypt equivalent is Djelibeybi ("lit.: Child of the Djel"), not "Jelly Belly", as per one of the questions on the program... I'd write and complain, but I see no contact email. Bastards.) Also, some other bloke a few months ago did Hitchhiker's Guide.

Boooooored. Maybe I'll go and play a bit of Diablo.

*grins* Very cool. We are yet to do the Artemis/Apollo ritual, by the way.

You did.

Please, I need an icon that says,

The only thing theatre is good for is training you to say, “I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to cause you to break your ankle,” without laughing and pointing

I'm watching that creepy sensing murder show.

I've decided to get myself a specialised interest, just so one day I could get onto that show.

Oh, the one with psychics? Any good?

The psychics are doing quite a good job. But...it's just a sad thing. I mean, the story. It's in Melbourne, it happened.

*nods* What happened?

Um...Some murders? In Frankston. More than a couple.

But there was a focus on an unsolved one, not involved in the whole 'Frankston Murders' case.
Murders disturb me. More than a little. Especially...ones in abandoned train stations? Yeah.

Hey there, my name's Nathan, and I'm helping to run an Australian Discworld Convention in Melbourne in 2006. I came across your post about the Einstein Factor, and thought you may be interested. If you are, check out our website at www.ausdwcon.org
Tell your friends! :D
