Stephen Fry's playing the Librarian in MirrorMask. DUDE.
The above genius has directed a fillum, which has Richard E. Grant in it, and is set around 1929. I almost orgasmed when I saw the poster in the sin-eh-mah. Well, I just stood in front of it for a minute or so and said DUDE repeatedly as I had been rendered totally insensate.
I was at the cinema because I had just seen School of Rock. It was very, very cool, and left me with the desire to ROCK OUT, and also to go to the lavatory, but the latter was because I'd drunk 600mL of water during the course of the film. Unfortunately, though I listened to Triple J on the way to Chris and Sara's, they were only playing the softer side of alternative. Perhaps I should have switched to Gold 104 and hoped that they'd play some Led Zeppelin, or Black Sabbath, but I think it more likely that they'd be playing The Forgettable Tunes of the 80s, volume 11.
