I was going to do My Very Own League (TM), but other people had cooler ideas (except for Door. She'd rock), and I couldn't think of enough people. I em lezzy.

How am I supposed to pirate movies if they keep failing on me? Honestly. On the other hand... 164.77 kbps. You are all my bitches. Ah, one never loses the joy of the occasional fast download.

I was talking to Dad about the possibility of going to the US next year, sounding him out re: prices etc, and it looks like I'll need to save up about 5-6 thou. Quite a bit... In theory, I have $1000 saved already. Let's see if I can be vaguely virtuous about my spending in the next year...

I signed up for Manifest (Melbourne ANIme FESTival), because otherwise Sara was going to hunt me down and kill me, and she knows where I live. I think I ticked to box that said "cosplay". Cos, you know, it seemed like a good idea at the time.

I don't know where any anime gallery type things are, and I don't know enough anime/manga to be able to pull a character in at random.

I am v. tempted to make up a chibi-looking pirate costume or similar. NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE. I will make up a Japanese name, and people will just think I'm into something so obscure they haven't heard of it. I'm sure there are lots of animes with pirates.
