changelingI signed up for Manifest (Melbourne ANIme FESTival), because otherwise Sara was going to hunt me down and kill me, and she knows where I live. I think I ticked to box that said "cosplay". Cos, you know, it seemed like a good idea at the time.
I don't know where any anime gallery type things are, and I don't know enough anime/manga to be able to pull a character in at random.
I am v. tempted to make up a chibi-looking pirate costume or similar. NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE. I will make up a Japanese name, and people will just think I'm into something so obscure they haven't heard of it. I'm sure there are lots of animes with pirates.
