I'm up to my scene which introduces my fundamentalist (or at least irritating) Christians. As threatened, Natalie is one of the pair (there's now two), along with a work colleague, Alex. Because he just works as one of those irritating door-to-door Christians.

Sorry, Nat hun, but I can just see you as a fundie...if you've had a frontal lobotomy, that is. :)

I'm screwed.

I've sat down and worked out that if I manage 2,000 words for the rest of this challenge, the most I'll be able to reach is 25,000; half of what I'm supposed to write for NaNoWriMo.

NOT HAPPY JAN!!

I'm going to have to work my arse off in the intervening days, I can tell. Basically, with seven days remaining, I need to write 5,795 words per day. Considering I seem to be able to write about 2,000 on days that I work, this means 10,855 words on the three days I have left that I'm not working. Let's all pray it's doable, shall we?
