changelingWow. Had a Wendy-class tonight, celebrated Lammas. All brought food in to share. I made rice paper rolls. It was very...grounding, I guess. I love the Wendy-classes. They're the best bit of my week. We got to hear her new album, which they'd been...mastering? today. We were the first ones to hear it ever, and I heard the first minute or so before everyone else because it was my Discperson and we didn't have CDs yet.
Sarah was supposed to come over today but she 'et a funny whelk', or something, and was up all last night throwing up. I was really looking forward to spending time with her, so that sucked. Sort of worked out for the best though (besides her being quite ill) because I didn't really have the time; making the rolls, and all.
Talked to Zan on AIM briefly, which was nice. Showed him the three pictures I'd coloured (his id, his superego, and this awesome picture of an angel). He said nice things about them, which made me happy.
Watched quite a bit of Buffy today - about four (and a half) episodes. Two (and a half) during the first round of rice paper roll-making, two in the second.
Hey, I'm a girl of simple pleasures. And apparently I'm going through a "First House" experience this month, which means I'm in Aries mode and prone to being childish.
Buu...I miss Sarah. She has this habit of dropping out of my life periodically, and I hope it's not going to happen again this time.
