Ever get the feeling occasionally that someone's looking out for you?

Dad nagged me this evening into finally making a driving lesson, so I called the RACV and got told that an instructor will call me back. The instructor called me back about an hour and a half later, but I was completely unable to make an appointment for Thursday or Friday, which were my preferred days.

Later, I got a call from Ben, asking about my volunteering to be a polling booth attendant at Swinburne on Thursday and Friday.

I'm not sure of the truth of this, but is it true that at the booths today, Gautaum was hassling voters, and it ended up in a brawl? (btw, am hawthorn campus!)

I wouldn't know, I go to Melbourne Uni myself. I'm just going to be manning the booth things because I'll get paid for it and I'm currently unemployed. Sorry. :)

Hey Dani...which campus?? I'm at Swinny in Hawthorn...and I'm going to be at uni on Thursday....though I don't know about Friday I was thinking about skipping that lecture.

Well, this was volunteering in the sense of "offering to do something I don't have to", luckily with fiscal reward.
