You're not a 40-a-day guy, though.
The deal with my asthma means that I can't keep up strongly aerobic exercise for too long. I can run sprints, but I had an asthma attack in year 9 trying to run the 1.6k run and spent the rest of the day in sickbay. This was when I was still swimming 1.5 hours a week and doing many hours of ballet, and was still fit.

I'm getting a little better at lasting longer in the can-can, though. Yay me.
