Dec. 29th, 2006 01:43 pmBah. Steph has left me with a list of things to do, which had made me freeze up terribly. I don't think I'm going to get anything done. But I suppose I ought to close the laptop and move to the PC and try.
I thought I was going to meet up with
folk today, but no arrangements have been made, and there's been radio silence. I swear Steph has infected me with her disease of rigidity in the face of plan-changyness, but I suppose it's mostly down to me and my general crapness. Today is not a good day.
On a lighter note, I suppose the similarity of names between Holmes (say it aloud) & Watson and House & Wilson has struck someone else?
Hmm. I was worried about my ability to send out cards successfully before the 7th of January, but with only five to send (one of which is my sister, and one my partner), I think I'll do just fine. Sigh.
Why is my happy button broken today?

Date: 2006-12-29 01:02 pm (UTC)On the other hand, I have been wondering about that for awhile. Not just the names, but the personalities and pecadillos both sets of characters share as well. ... Except to my memory I cannot for the life of me recall if Sherlock Holmes had a wife. Outsmarted by a woman, certainly but I'm not sure if that counts.
