Food thinky: pasta

So daharja pimped my foodblog liek woah, and since then we've been shifting between our parents' houses again, and I have had NO TIME to update, or scribble notes towards a new recipe, because my brain has been completely engaged elsewhere. This SUCKS.

I am pondering how to make an uncooked pasta sauce, though. Could be interesting. Just need to think of how to make the noodles ... I think I'll make Tuscan Four-Bean Pasta for tonight, though. Perhaps I'll make Uncooked Pasta tomorrow night. Sliced zucchini would still work if it was uncooked ...

On the other hand, I have all that pesto I made (although admittedly not as much as I'd like if it was a pasta sauce). So maybe Uncooked Pasta should be tonight, and I'll leave the beans to soak a bit longer for tomorrow's dinner. Or ... I'll cheat and cook the beans, and everything else can be raw. That could be awesome.


I wonder where we'll fill in the census form tomorrow night, since we'll start the evening at Steph's parent's place, head to Nat's for her aromatherapy party and then finish up at my parents' place.

I'm pretty sure census is where you spend the night... So probably old home would be my guess. I'm still working out my plans :)

That's what I'd assume. We were originally going to go S House, Nat's House, S House, but plans have changed...

Look up recipes for gazpacho, and start from there maybe?

I realised partway through making the sauce that I was essentially making gazpacho. Ah, well. I noted down the ingredients list beforehand. I need to have another look and see if that's what I ended up using.
