I think my sinuses are filled with treacle.

I have a sinus headache.

I wonder what my work would do if I turned up in fishnets instead of the regulation black or tan stockings.

Blackish sticky goo. I think it's a byproduct of refining sugar - Mother says specifically sugar cane. It's fed to horses.

But don't people eat something called treacle tart? Is that as icky as it sounds?

I have not had treacle tarts, but I suspect they're nice, if poor, fare. Do you have golden syrup in the States? I think treacle is a thicker equivalent. I think. From memory.

...actually, I don't think treacle's fed to horses. That's molasses. Hmm. Similar stuff. I don't think treacle's as black as molasses. I think it might be much closer to golden syrup.

Chinese use a slightly thinner version of treacle in most of their deserts. Can't remember what we call it though. -_-;

I was listening to an interview that Terri Gross of Fresh Air did of Tim Curry just tonight about the beginning of Rocky Horror Picture Show (he said when he was hired for the show, the character was nothing like that; he though he would be wearing a lab coat) and I've had "I'm a sweet transvestite from transexual Transylvania" running through my head all night.
