Man, I'm the worst Livejournaller ever. I've been reading my friends list most nights, but I'm going several days without updating at the moment, due to staying at Steph's place, or Steph staying here, or whatever. Seriously, remind me to tell you guys of my job interview.

Now, I have to go and type up my novel as I have workshopping this afternoon & 5,000 words due tomorrow in Novel class.

I find myself doing that frequently. The reading the friends list but not updating. But I am NOT staying at Steph's place. Nor is she staying her. I'm sure you noticed that. HOwever, the 'Whatever' part is in full force.

*nods* I just feel bad because it seems to have become my standard pattern: only update two or three days a week. That's maybe heaps for some people, but it seems hardly anything to me.

It is forthcoming. I have to spend the next two hours before my class preparing a talk, though.

The post is the very-locked one about my birthday, which is what makes it worse. 6 of the 13 people who can see that haven't responded. Jeff and Matt are included in the 7 who have responded.

I know the RSVP isn't for another couple weeks, but I always try to rsvp early. That, and I thought it was the kind of post you'd go "ooh, let me get back to you" on, rather than not say anything. It just makes me wonder if people haven't even read the post yet.

I must say that was my interpretation. I thought it was better to say "Yep, interested, but need to check" that to say nothing - that way you get an idea of numbers. And that I'd read the post.

*huuugs* thankyou for thinking that way! It just... it's important, you know? And even if people can't come or need time to think about it, I understand, but I like to know that people read it (especially with the next post that says it was veeeery locked).
