Well I'm no longer at uni (as a student anyway), so it wasn't from there!
So, for when you're having a boring afternoon/week/month:
The "home" of CSS (full specifications on there too) (http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/) A reasonable introduction (http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Guide/Style) More clickity click (http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp) Some more advanced "how-to"s (http://www.alistapart.com/topics/css/) Some funky demonstrations of what's possible (even "easy") with CSS (http://www.meyerweb.com/eric/css/edge/) More demonstrations, these ones by graphic design people instead of coders (http://www.csszengarden.com/)
It really depends how you like to learn. With new techy/codey stuff I generally read a few basic introductions so I know some of the terminology, then download the official specification, and go through a heap of "how-to"s in conjunction with the full spec.
