In the same way as a normal journal, but at the "Create Community" page.
Yes. Make it a closed or moderated journal. Members can be added manually by you through the Community Management page if you choose the former.
I'm not certain you can. You might have to suggest people create alternate LJ accounts that have no link to their regular journals to preserve anonymity.

I am currently engaged in the frightening and cut-throat world of job hunting. *shakes head* (Damned Coles - myer, I have to apply online, and then I'm not sure I get to choose what area of Syd. I can work in. I don't have a car! I can't work in...um...Chatswood, or something!) Anyway. Where was I?
Ah...I have always *wanted* to go to Melbourne! And if I become gainfully employed, I can save up money and live out my girlish Melbournian dreams!
