changelingOccasionally, very occasionally, your body gets it right and it wakes you up when you actually need to be up, as opposed to when you set your alarm for.
Also, I have woken with a song in my head. Well, a line, really. And I've never heard it before. I'm not going to write it down in the hope that I can turn it into a Top 40 Breakaway Smash though, because I really hate it. And I suspect it of being Country & Western.
