Ever have the strange desire to wear an item of clothing that isn't even in your wardrobe? I don't mean nostalgia for something that passed into the great Salvos in the sky long ago, but an item of clothing you've never owned.

I decided that today it would be nifty to wear a plain navy a-line dress with a white shirt turn-over collar. Very retro, very 60s.

But I don't own anything like that. WTF?

I can't say I've felt like wearing items that I've never owned, but I have a dream wardrobe - everytime I have a dream that involves me getting something out of a wardrobe, the same non-existent clothes are in there. Like, all the time, every single time. o_O

Oh yes, all the time. It's bloody annoying, too, when it goes so far that I go to put it on and realise it doesn't exsist. Wah.
