Huzzah! Internet restored!

Ah, nothing clears one's mind of worries and woe than having one's internet access restored after being without it for a full day. I watched far too much television today. I suspect I was trying to make up for my daily magical light-emitting box dose. I also had a terrible craving for Jonathon Creek, and had to cope with merely watching the only Red Dwarf episode I have on tape. I managed to catch the second half of Emperor's New Groove on Disney, and most of some British crime show on the ABC. Never does my computer feel more useless than when it is no longer connected to many others. Especially when I keep wanting to look things up.

Sing ho for an internet connexion!

Come watch Jonathan Creek. Red Dwarf, while good, isn't an appropriate substitute.

I'm free Sunday, though you may decide to go to this goddess thingy instead. Let me know. Maybe one more Halo level towards completion and misc catching up (since I wasn't around Thurs).

Hon, I SOOOO know that feeling.
There's been incidences in this house when I've rung Optus at 2am to get our net reconnected because our pay has gone through... *dies*

And the relief... *sighs* It's like the aftermath of an adrenaline rush.

Problem? This wasn't Optus's fault. Our network hub computer refused to be switched on about for over 12 hours. Until it switched back on unexpectedly, I was looking at doing without net until Sunday at the least.
