Whizz for Atomms
Jan. 13th, 2004 11:03 pmSo. Today I received Radish's package (a "wintergreen" candycane and some very cocoaish organic chocolate with almonds in it, of which there is little left. Wintergreen is odd and tastes like listerine). Thank you very much, deary. *squathes*
I bleached my roots and became even more blonde than I was yesterday (I frightened most of my friends yesterday, I think). I lost my hairdye and remained blonde. I found my hairdye. Hair now purple and blue.
I made two animated LOTR icons, from the screencaps here: worth looking at just for the screencapper's anguished cries.
I also started making a Molesworth icon set (this fabulous idea was brought around indirectly from my reading Neil Gaiman). Glancing through the net to see if I could find any decent Molesworth pictures to save my scanning them all (I couldn't), I discovered a glorious fanfic: ho for hoggwarts!. I'd recommend it to you, as it had me screeching hysterical with laughter, but unless you've actually read Molesworth I don't think you'd get it. The idea for this particular icon is filched from it unashamedly.
I also found an amusinge comic parodying the various LOTR fans here.
I have seen Return of the King three times since it came out. I have read The Hobbit and two thirds of The Fellowship of the Ring. I have been to two LOTR marathons in the last few weeks. I'm so Tolkiened out it's not funny.

Too much tolkiening makes you go blind, you know. Bad.
