changelingI zipped over to the 24 hour Coles to purchase the remaining ingredients for gingerbread, but my lower back hurts so much that all I want to do is be unconscious. Still, I have the ingredients for when I decide to make the gingerbread. And I bought me some Choc Addictions, because I've been craving them recently, and they were cheap anyway.

Date: 2003-12-15 09:54 am (UTC)I have pretty much chronic back pain, which stems from poor posture, which is aided, in part, by ridiculously tense muscles, which stem from poor posture...
I lay down for a few hours. That seemed to have helped ease it back to its usual background level.
