Dec. 13th, 2003 03:50 amWent to Chris and Sara's tonight to game. Chris and I managed to get through about one and a half levels on Legendary, which took us several hours. God, it was a slog. There was no possibly way we were going to finish that second level before sunup, and Chris works sensible hours during the week. It's a pity you can't save at checkpoints, the way you can on single-player. As Chris says, that's a game fault that should be rectified in Halo 2.
*blinks* 49 icons used? What am I going to do when it's 50?

Date: 2003-12-12 10:15 am (UTC)That one's pretty much agreed to be the most difficult, I think. The next level wasn't too bad, but the level after that's the one mostly outside in the snow, with the tank. It was just taking too long... and I was playing coop with a mate who decided it was smart to just go in, guns blazing. He got himself killed a lot. A lot.
*shrugs* Still not as bad as T&R, but we just didn't have the time to finish the second level we were playing tonight. It's taken us several sessions just to get this far, and at the moment we're only averaging a level a session...
