Carpal tunnel already??

changelingNaNoWriMo began November 1, and I must admit I'm off to a bit of an inauspicious start. As I have two essays overdue, I can't say I've spent as much time as I would like on my nove. However, uni must come first.
I do at least have part of a plot, and a few characters, so I consider myself ahead of the game. I've done most of my first two chapters, so I think I'm off to a flying start. Let's ignore the fact that I'm about 5000 words behind. With uni hols coming up I'm sure I'll catch up easily.
I bought myself a set of textas and a pad to write my novel on when not actually at home, and I've written about 400 words just before work and a little between calls. I have ten plain textas, ten brushtips (my favourite sort) and nine changing ones with one changer. I'm a very happy chappie. Anyway...on to chapter three.
