Oh yeah, which reminds me.

I'm no longer going to be playing Cassandra in Agamemnon. Sam's cast someone else, despite the fact he promised the part to me. (He did this to Alex, too...)

He also didn't bother to call me or attempt to contact me in any way. I only know because I asked Liam today.

So not impressed.

I am so never doing another Sam show again. And this time I mean it. It's one thing for the director to be an irresponsible diva, it's another for him to arse-rape you like this.

Don't ever do a Sam show. Just don't. I'm sorry you were promised Cassandra and didn't get it, but since you'd probably have been doing it in a ball gown while 73 extras danced around you in tails, I think you'll be glad, looking back, that you never did another Sam show.

Sometimes I look back, and think: thank fuck I only did one. But them I'm a cynical romantic, so who am I to pour vinegar on another man's crap?

I didn't mind the *counts* three that I've done. What I resent is being screwed over like this. Grr. The whole reason I agreed to work with him this year is that time commitments to a Sam show are comparatively small, and I'm working full time at the moment.

*sigh* So much for actually doing some theatre this year, I guess.

(I think I'd be more likely to look like a whore, and been dressed in as little as possible. Which is probably why he didn't want me.)
