In other news, I bought Monstrous Regiment, though I can scarce justify itself. And I LOVE IT. It's just nudging Night Watch as my favourite Discworld book yet. Not sure which will win this battle of wills... Can't say anything about what I loved about it without it being a plot spoiler, though. You'll just have to read it for yourselves.

"Comforter" is such a cute word for a duvet.

I wrote a page and a bit of Shadow Boys (only handwritten, but still!), and also a couple more paragraphs of a short story for 5am_something. I'm so pleased/creative/productive! Unfortunately, it seems to have taken me about two hours, and now I'm going to bed at 4am again. Dammit. Oh, well. Better than 6.
