That's okay - I'm interested in that kind of thing. I've been looking for a yummy Chai recipe for a while now actually and was pleasantly surprised to find one. I like your site, too.
I have two Indian friends and they both say Chai means tea in Hindi, so I think I'll go research the origins of Chai tea. I guess Indian tea is be a type of tea but then I don't know much about tea, hehe.

That's interesting, because ocha means tea in Japanese. That sounds to me like they come from similar roots.
