You're the woman in the church...
Jul. 21st, 2001 03:10 amI'm creating a website. Started last night. Did the splash screen, a couple of preliminary graphics, and a lot of stuffing around.
Tonight I fiddled with the splash screen and did a bit more work on the index-y screen. That is, I actually put something on it. I also created a main header for the index-y screen, with a sort-of mascot. It's very, very creepy. Leastways, I find it creepy. You'll understand what I mean when I actually "publish" it.
So far I don't have any actual content, but when has that ever stopped anyone before?
Actually, I lie. I do have the remnants of an older site at Angelfire, but it needs serious revamping, and probably editing, before I put anything up.
Still, I think it's spiffy. Let's ignore the fact that it has as much elegance as a duck with concrete overshoes, and focus on the fact that it's my first "grown-up" webpage.
*sigh* really need to get a move on and finish it. Not now, though. Not when I have work tomorrow.
