Oct. 11th, 2002 03:29 amTonight was a good night. I had very few screw ups on lights (thank you 11 minute fader...) and we went to see Paul McDermott's GUD Hard Core Cabaret. We deliverately sat right up the front so we'd be heckled. I had Paul doubt my true gender, and tell me off for sitting with my arms folded. A good night indeed.
I also get to sleep in my own bed for the first night in a few days. One of my dogs was so pleased to see me he tried to slip me the tongue. Ha!
And today's BMB is very sad. I'm pretty sure I still favoured Tybalt last time Harley clocked him (way back in the mists of time), but I thought it was funny anyway. Today's... it's just sad. We're shown a softer side of Tybalt for the first time (in BMB) only to see Harley screw him up and throw him away like a used tissue.

Did he do entirely new material, or was most of it a repeat of what we saw during Comedy-fest ?

Date: 2002-10-14 05:21 am (UTC)I understand completely. Sometimes things just crop up and they're nice and wonderful, and it's just luck of the draw that people can join in or not at all. Let alone contacting them.
Which now, come to think of it, would make me feel more guilty about not pointedly informing people of the screening of "Spirited Away" at the PLT during the Hols, apart from the fact that it wasn't that great. Especially in comparison towards Mononoke-Hime.
