What I've read of the banned list:

* The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain Long, long time ago. Liked Tom Sawyer better. Own a copy of that one.
* Harry Potter (Series) by J.K. Rowling Self-explanatory
* The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger And it was boring.
* Goosebumps (Series) by R.L. Stine Some of 'em, anyway. The early ones, certainly.
* The Color Purple by Alice Walker Okay, admittedly only the beginning part of it. But I own a copy, so that has to count for something, right? And I read her novel on female genital mutilation (I forget the title). That one was scary and gripping.
* Go Ask Alice by Anonymous Read this one in high school.
* The Witches by Roald Dahl Tell me who didn't read this in primary school?
* Blubber by Judy Blume Pretty sure I read it... read a lot of Judy Blume in primary school.
* The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood Mac.Rob year 12s studied this before my time. I love Margaret Atwood's stuff.
* What’s Happening to my Body? Book for Girls: A Growing-Up Guide for Parents & Daughters by Lynda Madaras *Snicker* Just...don't ask.
* To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee Read it, forgot it.
* Brave New World by Aldous Huxley This one was amazing. I should read it again.
* What’s Happening to my Body? Book for Boys: A Growing-Up Guide for Parents & Sons by Lynda Madaras Read bits of it out of amusement. Again, really, don't ask.
* Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut I did a book report on it in year 8 when my mother wouldn't let me do The Godfather. I kid you not.
* Lord of the Flies by William Golding Another amazing book. I love this book. I have Mac.Rob's copy.
* Carrie by Stephen King Bought this one in England, second hand.
* The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain Well there ya go. There it is!
* Where’s Waldo? by Martin Hanford And others by him. But in Australia, we call him "Wally".

Only 18 out of 100? I should do more reading...

i am an indie snob!

How indie are you?

You're just too cool for school, aren't you? You're pretty narrow minded
and opinionated with regards to music (and probably most other things
as well). But you're allowed to be, because you really are better
than everyone else. You take pride in obscurity.
You probably prefer vinyl too, you elitist bitch.

No, really, I don't mind! I like to listen to lots of stuff, but I don't listen to the radio, or watch MTV all that much because it doesn't really play my sorta music much.

Certainly not Pulp Fiction...I'm not sure what you're referring to. Mum banned me from writing a report on The Godfather; the book my Mario Puzo.
