changelingHuh. Turns out the fic was in my Memories, but it was in the "real" writing section instead of the fic writing section. Of course.

And it is utterly non-slashy. So I remembered it oddly. I still like it, though. Whee! No!pairing!
Don't mind me. I'm gonna go over there and be embarrassingly fiercely proud of this fic. Because I really love what it does, and I am carefully blind to its flaws. And it's long enough ago that I don't remember writing it, so it doesn't seem like I wrote it. 'Twas like reading out the Leprosy is a Boy's Best Friend tonight. I really don't remember writing that at all.
