Well, I think every man and his dog's heard of Nation States by now. I know I certainly had. Imagine my surprise when an interview with the founder was on Triple J this morning? (For non-Australians or the uninformed, Triple J is the National Broadcaster's "Youth Radio", is slightly alternative, and very cool.)

What's übercool is that the guy is Australian. I so want to go out and buy his books. Maybe tomorrow. Will be virtuous... will not visit Borders on the way home.

Anyway, what with the overwhelming coolness of the guy's Australianness, and the fact that Liam has fallen into the Abyss, Nat and I joined hands and joined Nation States.

We also created a region, so come and join the Insanity.

I'm at Nat's, as I left my phone at home and didn't know that tonight's meeting was cancelled.

friendsfriends ^_^

He was on Triple J this morning? When? Bleh, would have liked to listen...

Really must buy the book at some stage! I loved that game until I got a bit sick of the issues coming up over and over.

On the Morning Show, so between 9 & 12.

He's actually adding a whole new bunch of issues: he suggested people submit some, and he got over 600. He's already added some of them, I think, and is working on adding more.

I love friendsfriends! I get some of my best friends that way. *nods*

I wouldn't have been able to listen then. School. Photo day at that. *pulls face*

Excellent! I might join up again...

Friendsfriends is definitely excellent :)

Well, the Morning Show's the one that deals with Issues, and has random cool people on (like the composers of the Bad Eggs soundtrack). *nods* I listen to it at work.

hey! I saw that "Jennifer Government" book at a friends place the other night, looked at the blurb and thought it looked fascinating... now I wanna borrow it even more... unfortunately, it isn't actually -his- copy, he borrowed off a friend of his... hmm... wonder if the library will have it...

Go buy Jennifer Government, it is very good, clever, funny etc. I haven't read the other one yet.

Is this nation states thing getting big? Coz I had joined a while ago but go sick of it, then yesterday written on the pavement in *Bendigo* was 'a rouge nation is nothing to fear', I thought, ha! that could be from nation states but immediately dismissed it as improbable given I was in Bendigo....but maybe not.

Ah, I bought Jennifer Gov't today. 'tis very good.

I gather that Nation States is quite large. There's over 70,000 states created.
