"Tuesday is the official publication date of American Gods in paperback in the US. It's nominated for a Hugo Award for best novel, a Bram Stoker Award for best novel and the author has already received a gold star for spelling, so you must go out and buy copies for everyone you know, or else, er, something terrible will happen. Many many famous dead people, including Napoleon, Shakespeare, Socrates and Thomas Jefferson did not read American Gods and are now dead. Don't let this happen to you or your friends.
Also the dump bin with the books in it lights up.

(21.32) I just surpassed the suggested word quota for...day one. At this rate I'll finish in three months' time. *sigh*
Went to see The Bourne Identity today. Even though I haven't read the book for years and years I could still spot some of the changes they'd made. Still liked it, though. We went to Timezone very briefly afterwards. I still suck at Police Trainer, although even more now than before. Lots of fun, though. I'm rather worried about not getting anywhere near enough words for NaNo, though. Maybe I need to lock myself in the bathroom for a few hours. Christ, but I need to do some plot work.
Oh, and essay work. *looks guilty*
