(no subject)

I'm so frustrated with my history essay. It's for my King Arthur: History and Legend subject, and I chose to write about heroes:

How are heroes constructed? How do they change over time and space?

My problem, rather than being a lack of information, is the problem of having too much to write about. I'm tearing myself up trying to figure out what to write.

That and the fact that I seem to have the attention span of a concussed snail when it comes to essays. (Either that or Kiki, from Sluggy Freelance. Ooh, look! Shiny!)

Looking at what I've written, it looks like a research proposal for a PhD. Most of the paragraphs could probably be expanded into essays themselves. I hope I don't get penalised for the breezy method I've used where I mention a point briefly, cite an example and move on.

At least it's an interesting essay.
