True. Bet you didn't know that. It's one of the few shows I was strongly addicted to that actually weren't British.

Alan Alda as Capt. "Hawkeye" Pierce was my favourite character, of course, although I did have a bit of a soft spot for Radar. I came across this quote a while ago, but don't remember where from. Possibly someone's signature...it's pure Hawkeye.

"I will not carry a gun, Frank. When I got thrown into this war, I had a clear understanding with the Pentagon: no guns. Have you ever spent all day thinking, "I should call Warren," (or whoever), and then completely forgotten about it when you're actually home & available to call until it's too late? I think 1am is too damn late to call her.

In other news, I'm writing a story that features angel sex. (Not as in character from Buffy, as Tych thought.) Not explicitly, but it's very obvious what's happening between the lines of prose.

I'm so going to hell when I die.
