I won one (1) slab of beer at the Monash Uni Science Society trivia night tonight. I am looking to swap this for a bottle of spirit (by arrangement). Would anyone like to take it off my hands?

Erm, the one in the brown cans. I'm hazy beyond this. It's in my car... Carlton Draught? Is that in brown cans?

I'd like something that I'd like, but I don't know what a slab'd be worth. Someone at the trivia night said about $30, but I didn't think they were worth that much. Mind you, I don't drink beer.

I'd really like some Black Galliano, but if I can't get some for about the price of the slab, I'm happy to make the difference.

Thirty bucks sounds about right - actually a little under. Usually they're something like $32.50 or just a smidge over - after all, that's less than two bucks a can, which sounds fair.

I was checking because I had to ask myself how low my standards were on beer after college. The answer came back loud and clear - 'if it's not lite, then it's fine'. I blame the Catholics for that one. &8-)

I'll check out the Black Galliano, then - when would you want to make the trade?

black galliano will not be the same price as a slab of beer. Unless it's a very small bottle.

I would offer to make the trade, but I don't like Cartlong Draught. Maybe if it were another beer! Oh well.
