changelingNothing much happened today. Went out with my parents for lunch sans younger sisters, who were in Port Fairy and at the Australian Ballet respectively. My parents like t00bing around Southbank more than can possibly be healthy.
Had a long conversation with Zan today about a series that hopefully I'll be working on with him as colourist. I'm excited.
Have a new character name, "Rhapsody Jones", and a design for a second character to fit in the same universe. All I need now is a story. (I've worked this way before; I started with characters before story for NaNo '01.) This brings my total original fics in progress up to four graphic novels (three in one series, no less) and about six short stories, also at least seven fanfics. All I want is to finish something, goddammit! I'm not even close to finishing any of them! I haven't even started most of them! Jeez.
The sketch for this second (as yet unnamed) character from the Rhapsody universe was the only thing to even approximately turn out today. I tried drawing many things (including Rhapsody herself), none of which worked. I had one other sketch that kinda worked, but it was so scary I had to put it away. It partly detailed a chibi doing a glitter dance, I need say no more.
