I've just stayed up late enough for the central heating to come on (ie just before everyone else gets up)

I think I'll go to sleep now.

But I don't wanna! I'm not tired!

Well, yeeers. But it screws up your sleeping patterns something shocking when you have to get up the next *day* rather than the next *night*. :)
